Director
Jan has been in debt and asset recovery for over 30 years, starting out as a credit controller for a well-known security company. Since then, Jan has increased her experience significantly having worked in leading law firms and has since qualified as a lawyer. Jan’s clients include banks, finance houses, manufacturers, service providers including other law firms, recruitment agencies, private schools, football clubs, construction companies and everything in-between. Jan is skilled in all aspects of dispute resolution, credit agreements, business terms and conditions, litigation, enforcement, insolvency, mediation, asset recovery and commercial litigation.

How much does your service cost?
A.The cost of our outsourced credit control service is dependent on your requirements. We charge an hourly rate of £10 per hour.
B.Our no win no fee debt recovery service is charged differently. If we successfully recover your invoice, we will charge a commission as agreed with you at the outset. If we do not recover, you do not pay for the service.
Do you charge a management fee or is there any hidden costs?
No, we do not charge a client to become a client. Furthermore, there are no hidden costs. If you believe you have paid a hidden cost or received a mis-sold debt recovery service elsewhere you should refer the matter to our assessment team.
Can you assess my situation for free?
Yes, our risk assessment process is a free process which allows us to advise you on your credit management procedure and ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner pursuant to the agreed terms.
Can you issue proceedings?
No, we are not licensed, and it is a criminal offence for an agent to conduct litigation on your behalf. If you have paid an agent to conduct litigation on your behalf previously, you should refer the matter to our assessment team.
